The student transfer service is provided on the following terms and conditions.
1. Pre-booking your students transfer is essential. This should be done on the Transfer Request form on this web site at by 12pm on the day preceding the day of travel. If you wish to book a
transfer after this time then you must call the office on 07-547-4444, telephone bookings will be accepted from 7am to 11am on the day of travel. Booking request by email will not be accepted after
the 1st April 2010.
2. Once a transfer is booked, cancellations will be accepted until 11am on the day of travel without penalty, cancellation must be advised as soon as possible by
telephone on 07-547-4444.. If a student does not take a booked transfer [ a no show] then your account will be debited with a $15.00 cancellation fee.
3. When a booking is made either on the
web site or by phone then the parent or care givers name and phone number must be supplied.
4. Prepayments will only be accepted by credit card on the web site form on this site. Your
account must remain in credit at all times. Should a transfer request result in your account going into debit then we require this to be topped up within 7 days. If you do not have a credit
card then please contact the office to make alternative arrangements.
5. There are 4 main collection points, Bethlehem, Tauranga Airport, Te Puke and Whakatane. An additional drop off point
at Pikowai Road, Matata is available on request.
6. Where seat belts are fitted they must be worn.
7. Students must remain seated at all times while the vehicle is moving, and must not have
any part of themselves or their clothing protruding from the vehicle.
8. Students must not interfere with, or alter, any fixtures, fittings or articles in the vehicles.
9. There is to be NO
food or drinks taken onto the vehicle, or consumed in the vehicle. Any student found to have food or drink in the vehicle will have it confiscated.
10. No Student will direct threatening,
derogatory or bullying behavior to any other student using this service or to the driver of the vehicle.
11. No Student will use unacceptably loud, aggressive or foul language in the course of
using this service, whether this be directed at any person or not.
12. Any Student continuing to misbehave in any way will be reported to his/her parents and/or the school principle and may be
asked to stand down from the service for a period defined by Luxury Airport Shuttles.
13. Luggage is carried at own risk.
14. Luxury Airport Shuttles is not responsible for delays outside its control.
15. The transfer to or from Whakatane requires a minimum of 3 students to operate. Should the number not reach
this minimum we will advise you by 11am on the day of travel.
16. The service will not depart from each location until the scheduled time. Students must be ready to depart at the scheduled time.
The vehicles will not wait for late arrivals.
17. Your account must remain in credit at all times, if after 7 days your account remains overdue then no student bookings will be accepted until you
have submitted funds.
18. Cash payments to the driver will not be accepted, any late bookings will be charged to the parents account/credit card.
19. The service requires a minimum of 8
students to be booked. Should this number not be reached by the cut off time for bookings then parents will be advised immediately.
